You can preview every format free, with a watermark, before you buy, so you know exactly what you’re getting.
If you can’t make clean videos after buying (for example, your browser can’t encode video), email hello@watchfolderconsulting.com within 14 days and we’ll help, or refund you in full.
If you’ve used only some of a pack’s credits and the videos work, we don’t refund the unused ones, but they never expire.
Because an unlock is a digital product that takes effect immediately, we don’t offer refunds for a change of mind after you’ve made clean videos.
Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe. Your bank may take 5–10 business days to show it.
