These terms are an agreement between you and Watchfolder Consulting, a sole proprietorship based in Ann Arbor, Michigan (“we”) for using watchfolderconsulting.com.
A one-image purchase unlocks watermark-free pan videos (Square, HD and Vertical) for the one image file you had loaded when you paid. A 15-image pack unlocks the same for up to 15 different image files; each credit is used when you apply it to an image, and credits don’t expire. A different or edited file counts as a new image. Videos are made in your browser, and you can remake them for an unlocked image as often as you like, with any rows or format. Your unlock is saved in the browser you paid from. The email we send has a link for using it in another browser, where you choose the same image file again.
You must own the images you use or have permission to use them. You keep all rights to your images and to the videos you make with them, and you may use those videos to sell your own items.
The free preview carries a “NOT FOR SALE” watermark and may not be used with the watermark removed or hidden.
The videos show your image as you supplied it. We don’t check or correct the image, its colors or what it shows.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid, and we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA.
